Been a minute since I've last posted. We've all been going through emotions after Kobe's passing. I'm not sure if there will be a day that goes by without us thinking about the tragedy, but we each have to dig deep and find our own way at achieving both purpose and impact for future generations.

In a rare occurrence, I woke up at 1am and was able to catch the Australian Open men's final. Tennis is my favorite sport even though I don't have a favorite player. The match was entertaining to watch and I'm happy I stayed up to watch the victory ceremony. It was comforting to hear both Thiem and Djokovic acknowledge that there is more to life than sports and I was extremely moved when Novak touched upon the importance of being conscious and humble. I don't watch a lot of sports, but in prior Superbowls, NBA finals, and Grand Slam finals I had never heard a winner or runner-up mention consciousness. If I buy any sportswear from now on it will be Lacoste because of what Djokovic said. Congrats to both players on a hard fought match and may we all find the will to keep fighting another day for our dreams and visions.
